About
A focused economic and settlement architecture practice led by Vishnu Govind.
I architect the economic and settlement layer of institutional digital asset systems: where token design, DLT infrastructure and regulatory constraint meet.
I architect the economic and settlement layer of institutional digital asset systems: where token design, DLT infrastructure and regulatory constraint meet.
Currently Strategic Systems Architect at Exponential Science, holding architectural authority over a protocol's economic and settlement design, and running Universal Ventures alongside it. Before digital assets: close to fifteen years across derivatives market-making (Mercantile Exchange Nepal), algorithmic proprietary trading (Hold Brothers, NYC), exchange and trading-systems product management, wealth-management infrastructure at Envestnet, and structured project finance. That background is why I treat incentives and liquidity as things that have to hold under stress rather than things that work on a whiteboard.

Why this exists
Theory is only useful when it changes what a team can decide.
The practice converts system analysis into reviewable objects: mechanism maps, simulation outputs, governance models, treasury matrices, and constraint frameworks.
Delivery outcome
The team can see which tradeoffs materially affect capital efficiency and survivability.
Delivery outcome
The system has clearer authority boundaries before volatility forces urgent coordination.
